Eggs and I will always have Project Runway and BDM and I have Hell's Kitchen and Big Brother.

Oddly you are not the first person to advise me to embrace my inner geek.

I'm just not into that stuff, I enjoy non-fiction much, much more. Before reality TV, etc. became so huge I only read non-fiction and mostly true crime and medical, hence my addiction to Court TV and Discovery Health Channel.

How about Top Chef and Top Design? I still like Top Chef but Top Design seems to be a bit of a stretch. It's all so subjective and the judges are so oddball, I can't see anyone emerging from this show and becoming a design star like some have on PR. It's like "Oh, great, another interior decorator to add to the Yellow Pages."

Same with the new haircutting show that's coming up, Shear Something. The next big haircutter. And?

I guess they'll need new models every week for a show like that, unless they've invented some new miracle hair growth potion...
 
I'm not into all the stupid hairstyling shows, it's like being in cosmetology school again. Buncha bitches thinking they're better than you and you're all exactly the same, annoying.

I don't watch home design shows because they all usually suck. They're all trying to be "edgy" and I dislike "edgy".

Right now I have America's Next Top Model though I truly and deeply despise Tyra Banks and how very fond of herself she is all the other drama is totally worth watching. And of course there is American Idol but the more weeks that flamer Sanjaya is on the fewer weeks I plan on watching. Inbetween all of that there's Food Network and Court TV.
 
I don't do Tyra. And my feelings on Idol are well-documented.

But I am starting to get hooked on Janice Dickenson's reality show, God have mercy on me...I tell myself it's OK because it's not on VH-1.
 
curiousa2z, have you read The Sparrow yet? I'm reading the sequel now and it is just as good as The Sparrow, maybe better.
 
LG, do you like the Law & Order or CSI shows?
