The Musketeers (BBC)

Those were the two things I liked about the episode as well. James Callis is always great value for money, and i liked that they actually talked about slavery instead of pretending racism and stuff didn't exist.

Remember when James Callis was in Merlin and he was trapped in a cave or something at the end and we all said "he'll be back!" and he never was?

Just like when they killed off Santiago Cebrerra the second time. :(

Well, similar.

Well he had to go and star in Alcatraz! (His character was cut after the pilot and the show was terrible and cancelled after one season anyway.)

This week's was another perfectly fine episode of The Musketeers. I wonder if they'll ever rise above that level.

I was watching Babylon, which was quite good. Not quite funny enough to be a comedy, and not quite dramatic enough to be a drama. But entertaining.

I don't know what that is and am now disgusted by this betrayal.

Police dramedy on C4 directed by Danny Boyle, written by the Peep Show writers and starring James Nesbitt, Johnson and loads of other "oh it's him off of that thing" people.

It's a bit dull, ripper street was better...

At least there's no Onion Heads! (Welcome back WillsZenith.)

None of the three token female characters were in it this week. Bonkers Beeb Blows Bloke Ratio?

It was a pleasant relief from that Batmanning woman.

Also they made all the black guys theives lol.

Good news for WillsZenith, the BBC and Amazon are bringing Ripper Street back (I never watched it.)

Why does Call The Midwife always run late?

This episode was good on the Musketeers scale. Lady Batman wasn't in it (again!) and Peter Capaldi got some good scenes (imagine how good he'd be on Game Of Thrones but that will never happen!) The girl even got stuff to do for once.

Flat mate had extra reason for eye rolling because it appeared I'd tuned in for Call the Midwife. :-/

I liked seeing Jessica Raine's nice face at least.

Tonight's was a good episode. Capaldi had some great lines.

Good to see Vinnie Jones really stretching himself by playing an angry thug!

I just realised King Louie is Stephen Fry's sidekick in The Hobbit movies.
