Yep, they figured it out sweetly I think. Except the phone is too expensive in this area, and as a trinket it's fun but as a phone it's a pain in the ass for service.

Me too. you know this is EXACTLY why they capped it.

That, and people like me enjoy using the iPhone's ssh ability to tether to portable wireless laptops to get free internet anywhere we want. AT&T never addressed the situation, but this is how they'll prevent newcomers from doing it.

I can even run torrent apps on my jailbroken iPhone. Download movies while I'm riding on the bus. Fun stuff.
