Adding to the list, I'd have to put the following:

Hambil: Can't keep a fucking bbs running right and has to change the programming several times per year. IQ: somewhere in the 70's.
Caitriona: What a dumb bitch. She thinks she's an admin and then all she does is talk about sex all day. What a retarded slut. IQ: Let's just say it's low, shall we.
Mentalist: Another proof that British people are stupid. Enough said. IQ: He doesn't know what IQ even means.
Missmanners: Yeah, she's one of the founders of this shithole. That's evidence enough. IQ: To quote her, "room temperature"
Sardonica: ALIENS ARE NOT REAL!!! They're stories to put little kids to bed at night. IQ: given that he knows what Aliens are, I'd guess at the upper 90's.

Oh yes. Is true. The Question knew Paladin is really SaintLucifer. He knew in head but not call SaintLucifer on it. Wait. This not sense make. He call everyone else dual on it but not SaintLucifer? Why is? Paladin know. The Question is not call SaintLucifer on dual is because The Question is not really know therefore is liar The Question. No one of entire site knew. Paladin ask The Question is show proof he or anyone knew about dual of SaintLucifer. Only thing anyone knew is that Paladin is dual but nothing more. Paladin give The Question many permissions to keep up bullshit story how he knew about SaintLucifer dual but all world know The Question is lie. All time The Question call me 'froggie'. Why call Paladin 'froggie' if The Question knew really Paladin is not French? Why The Question many times say many things bad about French if he know Paladin is not French? Why would Paladin cares how The Question is feel about French if Paladin is not French but British? Is all proofs The Question is liar big time huge.

Is further proof The Question est un retarde. Paladin know SaintLucifer threw out scanner many moons ago. Scanner is work with previous system of SaintLucifer. Not work with current system because not have proper slot for. Why for SaintLucifer need scanner? For what use?

3) Bad Dog: Fact. Frat Boy, slight retardation from drinking way too much beer. Estimated IQ 90.
4) Grammour Boy: Fact. Sever retardation, lives with mom, has to wear depends and have his 6 year old kid sister help him with his posts. Estimated IQ 70.
5) Habeeb: Fiction. Crazy 600 lbs cat lady with nothing better to do since she can't get out of bed. Estimated IQ 110.
6) Conchaga: Brawl-Hall member, nuff said.

Messenger/Zodiac doesn't deserve to be on the list IMO. True he had his moments but overall he is pretty cool
Conchaga just seems to be a person having fun on the internet so therefor doesn't deserve retard classification either
Bad Dog makes ya laugh so there goes retard status
Habeeb/Edna is out in left field and leaves ya scratching your head, sometimes in amazement sometimes in disgust, but she makes ya think so poof off the list
