mm, my chest measures 34". Even if you're only 5' tall, the only way you couldn't do it is if your legs end at the knee. lol
 
I'm only 5'5 1/2" tall, I'm short waisted and that equals crazy long legs. My dad is 4" taller than I am yet I always have to move the seat back after he uses my car.

Actually, it's not -- it's the Nile. And it's the second longest river, second only to the river of tears wept by wishful thinkers like yourself when they hit the cold brick wall that awaits all those who want to decide the details of my person, only to inevitably discover that they simply can't. ;)
