Ah, that's assuming that

a) TKR still consists of the few people you have known when you were there, and

b) the quality of a poster's contribution to a board is equivalent to the time s/he spends on said board (a mistake often made by people too lazy or simple-minded to write other than insignificant drivel or single-sentence posts themselves. Present company excluded, of course.)

Neither applies in this case.

Hardly. I left there because it sucked. Then, a bunch of you came here harassing me because I left. You've whined about it for months. Jack didn't "kick" me out until I asked him - he demanded that I asked him. And, if that hellhole is Heaven, then who in their right mind would want to go there? Oh, lets see - you're there - when you aren't here.

Actually, I've found a nice new board I'm cultivating my new handle on. The people are very friendly. It isn't about always being snarky and nasty or parroting dead philosophers. They like talking about food, movies, gardening, reading, photography, vacations, etc. - you know - nice things. They don't care for threads about sexy men or men in kilts. Oh well, give up some, gain some.

That sounds so nice, eloisel! I am sure your employer will be so happy to hear that you have finally seceded from this nasty and downright hateful site and joined a 100% dissent-free message board! And the best thing is: you can be absolutely sure that no nasty troll will ever set his e-foot there for fear of dying from too much niceness!

Actually, if you are going to comment, you might try reading up on employment trends in the U.S. regarding Social Networking policies and employee online presence.

Oh but you have explained it that well in that other thread, I'm sure you covered all the important facts.
Besides, it's not like I am the one living in a country that apparently wants to control and limit the freedom of their citizens to a point where they can't even visit fully legal message boards in the privacy of their homes. And it's certainly not my place to judge those who willingly lie on their backs and let the system screw them, so all I did was congratulating you for finding a way to keep your job. *shrugs*
