I think they are a trio of incestuous little perverts. They quite lose their trousers or simply don't wear them. And that's merely the beginning. Makka Pakka obviously needs some kind of mental help, his OCD is out of control...he washes rocks. It won't be long before he snaps, cleaning everything with some kind of heavy industrial cleanser that will kill the entire Night Garden and melt the flesh clean off the bones of the Titifers.
