I haven't even had much trauma in my life and I still can't cope. I feel guilty around people who have actually had bad stuff happen to them. :(

Being agoraphobic is trauma in and of itself, more so than most people could possibly realise.

I had a weird nervous breakdown a long time ago, and I couldn't leave my apartment for a few months. My entire body would start shaking.. I thought there was something physically wrong with me. Pot helped.
 
Can't be any worse than prozac.
 
This is the kind of thread that seems like it was a series of bumps over time, but in reality it's all fresh.

Today I watched a Jeremy Kyle episode with a segment called "I'm the dad of one of your twins but not the other".
 
It was on when I woke up and he was shouting horribly at some scottish people.
