The super calls the cops on him every couple of weeks. In fact he called them this morning, trouble is he took a shot (punch) at the guy first and the cops ended up laughing and driving away without doing a thing.

I need to get wealthy fast and move to a better neighborhood. I'm tired of being the minority white-boy.

I certainly can't fault her for it, 'cause she's keepin' it real, she's not bullshitting me, and she's certainly not holding in her emotion, waiting for it to build into something bad, but my wife has gotten into the habit of telling me how I fucked up the previous day right as we get up in the morning. As we're walking to the car, I get to hear about how stupid I can be.

Not too fun, but not bad in the long run. If I quit doin' stupid shit, she'll have to stop yelling.

Tell her you're having a sex change operation. Then, six months later, say "Oh by the way, I'm not having a sex change operation." She'll be so relieved she'll be putty in your pants!
