I find most of the stuff Graham Norton says offensive in the so-called comedy monologue at the beginning of his shows. He always viciously attacks people who don't deserve it, or are much more talented than he is. But is HE getting an arrow through his neck with a gas bill attached? No siree BOB.
 
What did Ross/Brand do to Morrissey? I'm 3 minutes into a Ross/Moz interview on YouTube and I can't stick around for the other 15 minutes...

Brand and Ross have both been suspended by the BBC.

So now Ross is not only the highest paid man at the BBC, he dosnt even have to go in and "earn" it now

Actually this story is more about the Ross pay deal than it is about the actual content. That is why it is front page BBC.com and headline on Radio 5. They all hate the amount of money he earns so are making biaised decisions based on that. It's pathetic - attack him for his pay packet, but not by this stupid nanny state stealth reasoning.
 
Even if you hate Ross and Brand and want their seed wiped from the Earth you should still complain to the BBC about this over reaction TO TAKE A STAND AGAINST CENSORSHIP, INNIT.

As for the Morrisey thing, they were at one of his gigs and he had a sore throat and just left without saying anything. Ross and Brand got up on stage and tried to calm down the audience or something. But it didn't go over well. Or something.
 
Morrissey is Brand's favourite musician (I remember this from Brand's awful interview show a few years back), so I'm sure none of that was intentional.

Anyway, this is interesting timing because Ponderland is back tomorrow night. Thankfully, I think we can rely on Channel 4 to pretend they don't know there's any controversy and show it anyway.

Back at the end of January, the two idiots, along with David Walliams, did this

Whe it says "take a powder", in fact they sprinted to a Ross's car. Ross dropped his keys whilst a beying crowd of militant Moz fans started to kick the shit out of Ross's car, they only just got in before being dismembered. I think it was Walliams, more than anyone, that wound them up.

Sucks that Brand quit, I listened to his show most weeks and enjoyed it. Hopefully he'll go to another station.
 
I would rather Ross have gone, and he could stop ruining the Film program. That should be with Mark Kermode, without a shadow of a doubt.
 
I've noticed Ross doesn't actually REVIEW most the movies now, which is a bit weird for a film review show.
 
He's totally fucked that show over. He's on £160,000 of licence payer's money. A day.

Apparantly Brand was supposed to be on £200k a year for his show. At least Brand apologised, and looked really sincere & gutted about the whole thing - which should have been enough.

Ross can fuck off and die for all I care.

Oh, and he was supposed to be on Never Mind The Buzzcocks tomorrow (it was recorded last week) but the BBC are showing a different episode now. Because I guess the sight of him on tv would make old people explode or something.
