it is strange that I've craved immortality for so long

since I was a small child, really

maybe it was just a reaction to learning about deaht

becasue let me tell you, I've never liked the idea of death

I tried to tell myself that it was so far away that I didn't have to worry about it

but I don't think I convinced myself

so maybe I just came up with the idea that I would become immortal at some point in my life

and that made me feel better

well it would, woulnd't it?

instinctively

with the clairty and honesty of a child

that I was meant for immortality

maybe I had some foresight

that I had a high and lonely destiny

I could see it then

it faded

as more and more of the world infected me

corrupted me

but when I was young I knew the truth

I will be God one day

I think we'd all like to stop the flow of time and just sleep for a week. I slept in till 1 today. Working from home has its pluses. But now I'm having breakfast at 3 in the afternoon. They didn't invent breakfst for 3 o'clock.

^Yeah, just a week is all I need. Then I'll be good.

I woke up at 3 and had a cupcake a few hours ago. My morning snack. I can't eat real food that early in the morning, unless I've been out the night before and am refueling.
