When you Google it there's a million "LUCAS TO STICK IT TO THE RICH" news stories from ten years ago but no actual reports of the houses ever being built. Again, I'm sure he intended it to happen and he seems like a good guy, I just think if he'd actually built the houses we'd probably know about it? (I'm sure there's lots of reasons why it might not have gone ahead.)

Happy birthday Mark Hamill (74)!

I know he gets more credit now, but he certainly deserved stronger praise for his performance as Luke back in the day. Sure, Harrison Ford is fucking perfect (and essential to making the movie work) as the SHOWY character Han Solo, but Hamill is the perfect wide-eyed, space hairdresser too. It's probably not easy to play! Look at all the failed attempts to copy Star Wars and how they didn't get it right. Mark Hamill: actually a good actor all along.
