Sounds like a steal. Don't know about you, but I'd go for the fixer-uppers just because I'm hooked on renovations. So for a small sum, now you can be Little Bastard On The Prairie. Congrats.

But if you lived around Billings, I feel for you. Hate the place. The eastern half of the state is ugly as hell - all flat and boring. I don't care for plains.

Iowa probably isn't as desolately boring as eastern Montana.
