Melt some cheese in a pan, pour in whisky or some other booze, stir, then poor into ice cube tray, leave in freezer for a while.

Come back later, whisky flavoured cheese cubes!

Oh that's right alcohol wont freeze in the freezer, unless he cooks it with the cheese long enough for all the alcohol to evaporate, but I think he wants the alcohol. I SAY JUST EAT CHEESE AND DRINK YER WHISKEY AT THE SAME TIME!
