Sven Olaf Kamphuis apparently when arrested claimed:

He said he was the telecommunications minister and foreign minister of a place called the Cyberbunker Republic. He didn't seem to be joking.

The story itself is sort of shit, odd bloke arrested for DDOS attacks that didn't really make any difference at all to anyone apart from a site fighting spam.

However, his eyebrows make me absolutely believe he is a master criminal. I mean, look at the fucker.
