I entered this into my local newspapers pumpkin carving competition and won.

Before you go thinking this was a huge achievement, out city of population 300,000 only managed to enter 5 entries, and all five won.

Not to mention the prize was an extremely crappy mousemat and cheap looking pen.

Still the mousemat came in handy when we needed something to stand the gravy jug on at dinner.

Still as crappy as the prize was, this is still the first thing I have won since I won a millennium countdown clock, and you don't need to be Columbo to work out how long ago that had to be.
