[FBI parte due]

"Hey, baby, you ever try a salad with my Beaune in it?" I say as I shake my jar of Côte d'Or and artesian mother-of-vinegar. The mixture should be ready in a few weeks, given minimal exposure to light.

In the meantime, I get to work.
