He learned from Johnny Depp's mistake: Johnny had WINONA 4EVER tattooed on his arm, then they broke up and he had to change it to WINO 4EVER.

I remember Norman from a little independent movie in the 90s called Floating, where he played a kid with bad family circumstances who sort of maybe falls in love with Chad Lowe, a richer kid with his own weird problems. He was a hot little number back then, too.
