For a complete inability to grasp the 'feel' of the board, and what it stands for, Dracula (or whatever he wishes to be called this week) gets my vote.

For three years now I have been handing out bog-standard hostile welcomes to n00bs, but this one took it personally, went apeshit and ultra whiney.

For getting hooked so pathetically easy, he gets it.

Unlike other morons who merely copy-and-paste (starguard), Luci spends large amounts of time and effort meticulously typing out posts in yellow font that NOBODY reads, and for dedicatedly keeping up his moronic persona for months and months, he deserves some sort of recognition.
