TK Big Brother 1

Off topic for a minute, does anyone here watch the American BB show? I heard they're doing an all star version this time with all the best characters like the evil doctor and the beach guido from last year.

Wow, Hambil you had a passable idea with this but you don't seem to have direction to go in.

Here are my suggestions:

10 housemates with 10 days inside the TK Big Brother house.

A nomination of two housemates or so (between the housemates) and an eviction of the nominee with the most votes (voted on by the rest of TK) everyday.

Now since the whole point of Big Brother is that it is closed off from the rest of the world the best way to emulate that would be to lock the housemates in either a stickied thread of a temporary Big Brother forum for the ten days. Obiviously any housemate can ask to be let out at any time and it is an entirely voluntary process. (Not even karma comments will be allowed to be posted outside the "house" by the housemates.) To take it one step further even you could have4 a hidden thread where the rest of TK discusses the housemates and evictions without the housemates being able to see.


That's the sort of line of thinking I'm going on. That is if you're serious about doing it properly. I think it's a neat idea, it could become quite popular on the board.

I understand that Eagle scout is harder than hell for a scout to reach, and takes a lot of effort. It's pretty prestigious in the suburbia set.

I agree. Actually, I don't think they should be able to even see the board outside their Big Brother forum. One day may not be enough for us to get a feel for how they are interacting and for them to nominate and us to vote. How about two days?

How about two days before the daily nominations begin? You want to keep it current and not stagnant. So a nomination and eviction a day will keep it quite quick but still interesting. 10 days isn't TOO long to be locked away in the house either. 20 days might be pushing it for some.

A minimum of ten posts a day should be mandatory for the housemates so they are actually talking in the house ect. It has some kinks to sort out but it could work.
 
About a month ago either messenger or mentalist posted a link to a board called "somewhere" that was a blank empty board. You could lock the people in there if it still exists...
 
I thought it was a good idea to get the admins to lock themselves up for ten days.


Sorry, but cute games aside, I fuckin' love Big Brother. I get to shout at the telly.
