We went to a manual activation a while back because the spambots got so bad, and traffic was slow enough that bonafide new reg's didn't happen that often.

You should be good to go now.

It's a new logo. I tried to give it a feeling of belonging to the pantheon of old logos. I rather like it.

Now I just have to get it on all the other skins.
 
I like it even if I wasn't around for the pantheon of old logos.

I'm trying to figure the place out.. is it just one big Mine Field?
 
At this point, yeah, it's one big Mine Field.

At one time it was a SERIOUS board that dealt with SERIOUS matters. We attempted to run it democratically, and wrote a Constitution for all to amend and pick apart. It was never truly finished, nor did it ever satisfy everyone. And people tended to fight in the Senate over policy and procedure, and bicker over technicalities. We even had an invite-only registration, and the membership voted on new admits. There was fighting and accusing and trolling and paranoia and banning and mass exodus and all that gooey drama until the site owner closed the board.

Throughout all this, we had a lot of MF-style spammy fun. And today, that's what remains. What the future holds is mostly possibilities. It will become what we want it to become.

As long as I think it's OK. ;)

Well, I love the MF of course, so an entire BBS in the style of the MF makes me happy. I'm having a really hard time feeling like I fit in over at Lonaf, I hope I can find a place at REFCL BECAUSE I LOVE ALL OF YOU AND I NEED MULTIPLE PLACES TO STALK YOU FROM.
 
It's surprising that you're having a hard time fitting in at LoNAF considering the place is crawling with chicks.

Everyone runs around spouting meme's and acting shirty with eachother over regional news stories at LoNAF so it does tend to feel like it's hard to fit in over there. The fact that there was a discussion on how not to act like complete fools around new posters which itself turned into an argument should go to show you that it's not your fault, Cassie.
 
But don't give up on LoNAF either, I'm also admin there and must support it vigorously.

But I'm paying the bills at REFCL so I'm REALLY gonna pimp it LOL.
 
^But yeah, LoNAF is still a great board despite its rough edges.
