Tom Delay Charged With Money Laundering

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- A Texas grand jury brought a charge of money laundering Monday against Rep. Tom DeLay, the former House majority leader indicted last week on conspiracy charges stemming from a campaign finance probe.

Except the charge as it currently stands isn't illegal, as GASP... Texas Democratic party did the exact same thing, exchanging corporate soft money for hard money with the national party. Oh damn.
