I will quibble about 1 and 5.

1. The toclafane looked more like the torture device that Darth Vader used in Star Wars when he was interrogating Princess Leia.
5. I guess noone remembers Peter Pan. At least in the Disney version, if you believe in Tinkerbell, she will come back to life.

Let's count the (possible) rip-offs.

1) Toclafane look like mini Death Stars...
2) ...and on the inside they look a bit like the inside of Daleks
3) The "one year later" was (probably not) stolen from Battelstar Galactica, only when BSG did it there were consequences.
4) Doctor turned into Dobby/Gollum
5) The people of Earth giving Doctor powers by believing in him was A BIT like the Buffy season four finale when Giles, Willow and Xander united their strength with Buffy giving her wacky powers to defeat Adam.
6) Abused Lucy Saxon shooting the Master reminded me of the abused Number Six shooting Admiral Cain in BSG.
7) Return Of The Jedi funeral.
8) Ming The Merciless ring with EVIL LAUGH.
9) The ending was an obvious RIP-OFF (well reference to) of last year's cliffhanger.
10) Voyager Year Of Hell reset.
11) Lucy Saxon looks a bit like Emily Parr from this year's BB.
