Plus farting, lets not forget the farting
 
Okay, I looked at the spoilers. LOL.
 
What is it with RTD and farting?
 
My guess is that he's got the same thing as the guy from Memento and can't make new memories.

So his last memories are him being 12, having a gay crush on The Doctor, farting and finding it funny.

And then he writes all that into a script, thinks "YES THIS IS PERFECT.", forgets it all (because he can't make new memories) and then when he sits down to write a new script it's "HMMM WHAT SHOULD I PUT IN IT... FARTING!!! PEOPLE FALLING IN LOVE WITH THE DOCTOR!!! GAY PEOPLE!!! I havn't done that before!!".

And the process repeats.
 
I hate how it's impossible to criticise him without coming off sounding like a homophobe. It's just more of his evil.

Russell T Davies was at a wedding recently when a guest complained about what he'd done to Doctor Who, an otherwise wholesome family drama. "She told me she was shocked because Captain Jack is bisexual and wouldn't let her children watch it," says Davies. "I had such a go at her. I said: 'You're an unfit mother. You're ignorant. Your children are cleverer than you.' Then her husband came up and I thought there was going to be a fight, but they left."

Davies takes a drag on his cigarette, exhales and gives me a self-satirising glance: "I can be very bolshie, you know."

I don't recall any farting in Queer as Folk. Then again they didn't give them many chances to escape.

Oh good, two Owen episodes in a row. Woo. What a wonderful and interesting character to focus two episodes on.

Okay, so when they did the whole Owen dying thing I bet they all sat around and thought

"If we intoduce Martha, a doctor, and then in the same episode kill off Owen, a doctor, everyone will think "Oh no! Owen's dead!! And they're replacing him with Martha!!". And then we'll keep him around and let Martha go away. Oh we're so clever! Suck my penis!"

Instead we all though

"Oh good! Owen's dead! I fucking hate him! And Martha's replacing him? YES she's actually a decent character. What, what? Owen's still hanging around? Fuck off Owen. Go away. Martha's leaving and Owen's still here? FUCK YOU."
 
Was Martha in the BBC3 one?
 
Yes but it's her last episode.
 
At least she'll get to shout at Catherine Tate and Billie over who loves the Doctor more in a few months!

I liked the BBC2 one. Yes, it did have farting and a scene cut from Little Britain, but it was pretty good over all.

I must admit I didn't pay much attention at the beginning, though, so I was a bit confused when Jack was going through that bin of weird stuff.
 
I saw the beginning and I was just as confused.
 
It was like a really nonsensical dream.
