Torchwood sucked lol

Actually the BBC3 one wasn't as bad as it looked in the Coming Soon bit.

Wan't good, though.
 
Demon/alien pregnancy is played out.
 
I like the music.
 
Oh yeah, that's something I forgot to mention, the music when Owen was going through the old man's house seemed COMPLETELY innappropriate. It was good music, but for some big dramatic emotional reveal type moment, not for Owen opening doors and knocking out security guards.
 
LOL, I thought that too. I really liked it, but it didn't fit with him slowly approaching Richard Bryers's bed. It was like they thought it was a boring scene, so they stuck some cool music over the top of it.
 
Is it really as easy to knock people out as it appears on tv? Doesn't it sometimes just really hurt their head?
 
There was an episode of a series called Sledge Hammer where they did the flip side of that, the hero kept trying to knock this guy out, and it just kept hurting him, and he screamed more each time.

In real life it would depend how hard you hit someone, and with what, and wether or not you cared that you might be giving them a potentially fatal subdurel hematoma.
 
I remember the Lost episode where Charlie was about to dive down to the looking glass station and Desmond said he'd go instead, so Charlie smacked him in the back of the head with an oar to stop him from going. All very noble, but I couldn't help thinking what if Charlie had killed Desmond there? That would have been quite awkward!
 
Well at least he didnt get nocked out every week, like Giles.
 
It's a good thing you get healed quickly on the island or everyone in Lost would be a spastic by now.

And won't Gwen and Rhys's parents have NO memory of the wedding AT ALL?
 
For a little pill it can be very selective.

I cant decide if the name Retcon for the pill is delightfully tongue in cheek, or just plain pretentious.
 
BBC3 spoilers:

AH HAHAhAHAHAHAHAHA JESUS CHRIST. I think we were supposed to bein Gwens side through this episode, but really it was an episode of Gwen fucking up EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. It's hilarious because I'm sure it was supposed to be all dramamtic and stuff but in reality it's just Gwen making the wrong move every step and the rest of Torchwood (and the audience) going "DON'T DO IT GWEN YOU'RE RETARDED." but eyt these she goes and fucks everything up.
 
The next ep is on BBC2 on Friday.
 
YEah with the one after that (the last one?) on BBC3 afterwards.
 
I guess Spike will be back then
 
They showed him in the "coming soon" at the end of the first episode. Kind of gave it away.
