You could always have an American TK'er you trust buy the books you want, ship them to you and you mail that person a reimbursement check/money order. (Not possible? Too complicated? Maybe?)
 
How did vampires come out of the coffin anyway?
 
I'd be willing to help anybody who wants some stuff.
 
I mean, in True Blood, how did the vampires become known to the public after hundreds (thousands?) of years in secret? Did they decide to come out or were they discovered?
 
I just read the first few pages of Living Dead in Dallas. Sookie does not freak out when she finds the body in Andy's car, she's just as calm as she always is in the face of death and weirdness. Don't know why they decided to have her freak out on the show.

OH and she does explain why she doesn't always know what people are thinking. Some people are hard to hear and some people broadcast their thoughts like a radio, plus she can hear the thoughts better when she's actually touching the person, or if the person is emotional.
 
They should've mentioned that a few times in the show so we weren't all always wondering "why can't she hear what _____'s thinking?!"
 
Yeah, maybe they think we can read the minds of characters on TV.
