I don't think Franklin works for the queen as the queen knows all about Sookie already....remember when Franklin (we saw his boots!) was snooping through Bill's drawers (and not in the sexy way) and found the file on Sookie? Well we know what that file meant!

at first I did, too...but then there was a camera shot of the boots coming into a room and he was wearing them.
