Well, I really do like him.
Can't find anything wrong with him that is a deal breaker.
Well, he has guns and I'm anti-gun
and he is very Republican and I don't care about politics.
I even thought I'd marry him.
Now his job is moving him two hours away.
True, it is only two hours.
That really is not that far in this part of the world.
Sure, we'll get together on the weekends.
We'll text and email and talk on the phone.
At least for awhile.
Then work and stuff will get in the way.
Do we have a big frowny face smiley thingy?
 
Been having a wonderful time dancing. Never cared much for country music but now I'm learning to love it.

Love me or leave me and let me be lonely with Billy and Bobby and Tommy and Tony.
 
I know. I can't retire until the end of November next year. I'll have 2 months of vacation in reserve so could effectively leave the end of September. That is still a long time off in a way. If it is meant to be, it will be. Until then I'll keep dancing.

You know in those old movies when the one guy shoots at the feet of the other guy? I imagine this^ is what the guy being shot at is thinking.
 
And there have been times when that was a true damned thing for me.
 
That's kind of the dreaded quick step.
 
I am getting most excellent at line dancing and couples dancing.
This age thing - coffee and pie, country and western music and dancing, cruising.
I think I'm okay with it.
 
But just remember. What we used to call the softer side of rock, is the New Country.
 
Use to call it progressive country.
Some of it is really good.

Seems to be two kinds of country music -

and
