Twin Peaks (2017)

The original series is definitely part American soap parody, which just turns into an actual Americal soap for some of the worst parts of season two... But Fire Walk With Me and this latest season are 100% a David Lynch project and have a darker tone.
 
Well I can't wait to watch the new season. I am still in season 2 now. One of the things I find annoying is the loon sound in the background. There are no loons in North Bend, it makes it sound like they are in Minnesota.
 
I saw Twin Peaks trending on Twitter and thought "OMG IT'S GETTING A FOURTH SEASON" but it's just people complaining it didn't get Emmy nominations.
 
It got 8 nominations -- just no acting ones or Best Drama.

Part 8 will probably clean up in all the technical categories.
 
Saw that last night. The Twin Peaks curse claims another one. Glad we got The Return when we did.
 
I'm not sure I want any more after that last season.
 
I want it but only if it's just a 89 minute tv movie of Cooper and Laura driving silently.
 
Sticking his face on an evil beach ball and having a guy with a green hand punching him to death was the perfect solution.

Apparently there was a film crew at the diner today-the famous Twin Peaks diner in North Bend. And speculation is saying season 4 or lotto footage. :D
And I was in North Bend today and missed this!
 
Should I watch this four and a half hour video?

 
Maybe I can watch it today at work.
 
I think looking for a key to "explain" Twin Peaks is probably Watching It Wrong
 
I'm 20 minutes in and still watching. So far the only annoying thing is how they guy does an annoying voice when reading David Lynch quotes.

Poor Jim Belushi lol.
 
It should trap you inside the VR experience for 25 years to be truly authentic.
