It actually was different people. I contacted the 'Courtney' I thought it was and she does not even have a boyfriend. Sorry for the mixup. you should not name any names though, especially on the internet. you never know who you might be talking to.. I don't believe a word of this. He was too interested and surprised that you could have been Courney's husband to already have had a way to contact her.

This is a strategic withdrawl....I think he's afraid of what Courtney might have told you. Hmm. This a boy with lots to hide. Fascinating.

Now it's up to you, Ishcabittle. You can let it go or keep the troll going in spite of his attempted disengagement.
 
Well, above all I think this kid has learned his lesson. "You shouldn't name names, especially on the internet..." yeah, duh dude, duh.

I think I will let it lie for a while. You're definitely right about the little by little, I'd think it will be better to meet him on the Oink forums in a month and spill the military beans, as it were.
 
Lavender's brilliant comments aside, I'm not sure it this is the best thread on the board, but it sure is fun. Tamar, thanks again for the deep wisdom, this young troll heart has a good deal of learning to do.
 
Now THIS is the kind of trolling I can at least admire for its evil brilliance. As opposed to the internally-aimed flaming-bag-of-poop pranks we usually see around here.

Um, so I have some new information...

Courtney, the gal in our story above who was our hook and bait for drsketch, has reached out to me via email to say that she happened upon this thread while searching for this guy. She keeps tabs on him to make sure he's not coming around anymore, as he is a drug user, has a criminal arrest record, and she doesn't want him near her daughter.

Some interesting excerpts from our email convo:

Hes def a scary scary person and a bad mistake from the past. I was just doing my yearly search to see if hes in jail (again), dead or anywhere close to me and my daughter and that popped up. Wasnt sure if you still crossed paths with him in the tech world or not.

Great job on the profiling though! Only thing you were off on was the Navy. I think he got kicked out for lying on his application for a robbery and high speed chase he was involved in.

I was shocked and never knew he posted about me on other sites searching for me. Some people need to be called out at their own game and he is def one of them. I think its safe to say you guys all saw his craziness with his rapid/obsessive responses. Hes just obsessed with me doesnt care about my (our) daughter. Hes not the kind of guy you want in your childs life. Shes a great kid, but hes a druggie and you can never trust his intentions.

Last I knew he was in PA and unless hes been arrested again he should be off probation. He has arrest records in San Diego and Colorado. I know he posted about being clean and having a family but I highly doubt that! He use to listen in to my phone conversations through my computer, would call my work obsessively to the point where the owners stopped transferring the calls to me (he would show up then). I got pregnant and he left witj a drag queen (Feline Divine-look her up on facebook). Lol Talk about a mess! Just glad my life is nothing like that and I am blessed with a beautiful life and family. :)
