Short for Vapnoopner. When Jack was trolling Danny Hellman, Hellman deliberately butchered Jack's last name by calling him Vapnoopner or VanPooper all the time, and the shortened version of "Vap". Jack appropriated it and it stuck. Internet glosses rule.
