WTF? I posted a thread about heavy moderation and its deleted.....No response but delete is mighty lame.
I'd like an answer as to why YTT can't deal with being questioned. I'm a moderator on another board and I can tell you that this is bullshit. If a member has a legitimate question, answer it. Don't just delete the freakin post, unless you're afraid of the question. Is that it? Have I struck a nerve by questioning the ModNazi?
This forum has quite a number of moderators, so we're not sure who you're calling a "ModNazi," for the second time in your four posts.
In looking back, it appears you posted about a troll in a topic about Emmalina, after a moderator had just asked that everyone move on from the trolling incident and return to the topic's subject, Emmalina, so your post was deleted. We also deleted our own post about the trolling incident after a day.
You again posted in Emmalina's topic about something unrelated to Emmalina (to complain your first post was deleted), so that post was deleted; we had expected you might read the moderator's post which asked if everyone would return to the topic's subject.
Then you created a new topic complaining about "heavy handed moderation," saying it was "crazy" and our actions were "ModNazi." Given that you are a new member to the forum and have virtually no experience here, we felt your complaint was unsubstantiated and simply intended to be disruptive. That post was deleted.
In total, you've posted four times. Once to call a troll "misunderstood," and three times to complain about the forum. Hopefully, your question has been answered.
We'll leave this post here long enough for you to see it and anyone else who might be wondering, then this thread will be deleted too, because it is entirely inconsequential to the purpose of the forum, which is to discuss YouTube or have discussion between YouTubers.
Sorry to butt in youtubetalk person, but I just wish to point out that there is also the totally off topic section to post unrelated things in (not saying it should be used as a rant section but just that if there is nothing that our new member can comment on in the main section that the off topic thread is also there). I find quite a few entertaining topics there and it's a nice way to just chit chat.
Hope you guys don't mind me pointing this out, just wanted to help!!

Thanks, we're aware--we created it for that very purpose, but the general spirit of the forum is to discuss YouTube, or at least discussion among YouTubers, even if it is off topic.
Repeated whining about a minor post that was deleted isn't of much interest to our many members.
To those of you who are already being put to sleep by this topic, take a look at this--

lol, I was pointing it out the bladv1......I know you guys know, you made it!!! lol
By the way, you weren't being ignored, or singled out with our temporary disabling of profile options; we were just busy planning and implementing our new policy of having outside moderators.
And mods have to have time off too. It is a holiday weekend, after all.
You may notice we've got a whole bunch of new moderators added.
ah, ok, sorry bout freaking out like that...didn't mean to seem rude...and i think it's a good thing to have extra mods, it divides the workload a bit.
But yea, i thought the profile thing was due to my scrolling URL....glad to know that it's back now though.
And yet again sorry if i went overboard with my infamous bitc.....ummmmmm....gripeing....
So posting a gripe in a forum titled youtube gripes is wrong?

Where would I post a gripe then?
And my first post was MOSTLY about whatsherface...I think there were 2 lines about the "troll", the post could have been edited to fit your standards instead if being deleted.
