I have a huge old house in a mini-forest right now. I'm looking at some newer, smaller townhouses with little backyards but a huge common area front yard in the midst of a pecan tree grove. There is an HOA to keep up the exterior and common areas. They also help with interior repairs and upkeep. Don't know if I can live in a place with a shared wall though. I'm the noisy one.

Takes one to know one, yes? No doubt you have experience in this area. The only thing I have to do with Facebook is getting my ass banned, and being threatened with our RCMP in the process. I was more than pleased to give Facebook all the pertinent information for our RCMP headquarters. I am very polite that way.
