I think they did the best that could be expected REALLY and yeah the final epilogue bit was obviously just tacked on because the show had been cancelled to give some kind of closure (David Arquette wasn't even credited for the episode so it must have been stock footage) but really that's not there fault SO DON'T TFUCKING BLAME THEM YOU ASSHOLE

I don't think the final three episodes have been shown in the US yet (don't know about Canada either) because people were saying the UK showing last week was the world premiere or whatever.

Basically it was a normal episode about the aunts getting back into swimming, not planned to be the finale, but there was an epilogue where Ned and Chuck finally went to see the aunts to tell them Chuck was alive, Olive accepted that she was never going to be with Ned and moved on with David Arquette and Emmerson's daughter came to his office to see him.
