This guy tried to ram a car laden with exploses into a US barricade. He didn't get the bomb to go off in time and ended up pinned in the car. What you see is the soldiers helping him set off the explosives. He doesn't make it out of the car before they blow it up.
 
That car bomb guy was young, very young. I don't feel sorry for the fuckwad, just saying he was young and dumb.
