Well, some of the potential parties to a class action lawsuit against God for being the cause of hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, disease, etc., will probably be dead because of those catastrophic events. So, their parents or a next of friend with standing to sue could sue God in probate court. The question would be what is the suit suing God for? The purpose of a suit is to make a party whole. Against a non-God defendant, Plaintiffs/representatives might ask for money damages for the loss of a person. However, since the defendant is a god with the power to give life, do the Plaintiffs want the deceased parties resurrected? The suit should be a premises defect type suit - defective planet and bodies otherwise it is a torts claim and God probably has all kinds of immunities as affirmative defenses.Sarek said:I thought god was eternal?
So which is it? Eternal or worm food?
