I remember when I was a hairstylist and I worked for a chain salon, Command Performance. I worked at one salon where we legitimately reported our tips and then when I transferred all the girls got mad at me for doing that, they only reported $5.00 a week.

Oh and tipping the concierge depends on what service they've performed. Waxing my skis, $10.00, getting me a map, $2.00.
