What's Old Is New Again?

just finished reading a mystery set in the '20's and one of the British characters used the word FUCKPOT.
this word assuredly fits in with the zeitgeist of the MF, yet I have no recollection of ever hearing it or seeing it in print.

Is it no longer in fashion?


If not, I vote for a revival of this succinct (if perhaps not timely) insult to our lexicon.
