Mrs. Big Dick McGee
I was at a PTA meeting on Tuesday. I sat next to some parents and I thought it was odd that the parents were both there as the meeting was at 2:55PM, right in the middle of the afternoon, don't these people work? I don't know, maybe he's a doctor or does shift work, whatever but anyway the kid is nice enough although loud and seemed oddly attached to his parents. Chairs were aplenty but he was sitting on his dad's lap. So during the meeting, I was perplexed as to why the kid is in there to begin with, all the other children are playing on the playground outside but whatever. So this kid's parents give him a granola bar and at the first bite came the near undoing of me. That kid ate like a disgusting little pig, smacking and chomping, food falling out of his mouth it was the most annoying sound and disgusting sight. I'd turn and stare at him and he'd stare at me, I was hoping his parents would notice how gross their kid was and be embarassed but no. Then I thought, Lord God what must it be like to eat at their dinner table? How disgusting is that? I mean there child has absolutely no manners he learned that from somewhere. I shuddered and continued to stare at the obnoxious child, my only solice being that the granola bar could not last forever I did however swear that if the parents gave him another bite of anything I would throttle the little pig. Alas, they did not, thank you Jesus. So looking back I really should have told the parents how disgusting their child was and how inappropriate it was that he was even in the meeting let alone annoying me with his slovenly behavior but I didn't and now I super-duper wish I would have.
Call it PMS but kids with no manners is such a shame and parents should be held accountable.
