I save all my cards. It's not lost just misplaced. And not misplaced really since I have a good idea where my cards are and in which storage container. I still have starbyx's address too from when she sent me CDs full of Alton Brown.

It went surprisingly well with the little ones, tbh. We are one of those lucky ones who went through this whole pandemic unscathed and financially secure, and the lockdown (Florida - we only had one long one) was pretty chill for us - we have a golf course right next to the house and it was closed for golfing, so we were able get all that excess energy out there. And then school started and they were busy trying to figure out e-learning - which, btw, sucked balls. I dunno if it's their age, but the kids took this whole wacko situation in stride, kinda like - Oh, this is how we're doing stuff now? Alrighty then!

I think it depended on the life situation you were in and your take on the whole pandemic. Our county took it more serious than others so *for me* chill also meant that I didn't have to rage against all those covidiots when I had to leave the house - which I rarely did. Other counties were basically just ignoring that there was a pandemic going on as far as I experienced, so unless they or a loved one got sick, it was pretty chill for them, too, I guess

I'm an introvert so as long as I have some stuff to do to pass the time, I am fine with quarantine. And really - easy to sit out the pandemic if you're not in danger of losing your house or your job and getting your reg income. Others I talked to had way more to worry about, and there are a lot of small businesses that had to give up and close.
