Where is the Random Thread of Randomness stuff that doesn't belong in other threads thread?

Maybe we're supposed to leave it out by our garbage cans, so the raccoons leave the cans alone and have a party with the cake instead?
 
 
In case people aren't up on USA pop culture, there is a kind of mutant raccoon in the Seattle Washington area with long legs, a short spine, and a bobbed tail that people have taken to calling "Jimothy."
