I have trouble with pills too, always have. I get a mouthful of water (or whatever), tilt my head back and drop it in.

I couldn't swallow pills until I was on anti-depressants one time and suddenly I realise I could swallow pills (but then they just made me have chest pains instead of stopping depression.)
