That seems to be the likely outcome though there are a lot of answers on a lot of different things to get in the last book.
 
Surely the books are about Harry growing into adulthood, not suddenly dying at 18? Wouldn't be very inspiring for the kiddiewinkles, WOULD IT? "Oh I may as well die at 18, Harry did!" It'll probably end with Voldermort revealing that he isn't REALLY evil at heart because he had a bad dad who he was trying to impress or something and he makes daisy chains with Hermione but then RON GOES ALL BLACK AND VEINY LIKE WILLOW WTF probably not now that I come to think of it
 
Vadermort turns out to be Harry's dad, they kill his boss, Hermione Organa and Ron Solo get together, Hagrid growls a bit, the end.
