I don't know why you react viscerally - there are a few meanings to it.

Do you mean that you react from a very inward, physical way?
Do you mean that you react to everything in relation to your own physical being?
or do you simply want to gut anything that comes near you?

Buspar makes me sleep.. and I start dreaming almost instantly, seems like it anyway. I always feel much better and rested in the morning. I don't take it all the time, just when I can't shut off the bullshit going in circles in my head. Sometimes I can't stop thinking, I hate it when that happens.

I get that. It's worst when you have a really important day and you can't sleep the night before, which is of course the exact time you really need to be able to sleep.
