It's illegal because it's immoral. Children, under a certain age, psychologically, are incapable of understanding advanced concepts like sex and love. Also, most of the time in these cases, the victim is so young that their body hasn't fully developed yet. Making a child sexually active at a very young age causes deep psychological and self-esteem issues that can only be reversed by years of therapy when they're an adult.

Don't be a cupcakeer Conchaga. Morality is subjective, it changes constantly. At one time it was immoral to be gay. In ancient Greece they had sex with kids and it was a healthy part of growing up.
And if the victims body hasn't developed you can just use your tongue/fingers until they are ready.

I won't get into this argument with you because clearly you're trolling for it. using your tongue and fingers on a child to sexually stimulate them is a crime in all fifty states punishable by at least 5 and usually 12 to 17 years in jail. Make that choice if you like. It's not a victimless crime and if it's your kids you enjoy "CP" viewing, shame on you. You will be caught and punished for your behavior. You may not realize this, but you are a very real danger to those people around you who have children, in whatever proximity.
If it's other kids victimization you are saying it's alright for you to possess and view whats the harm etc etc, then God help you.
