Emily's not aaaalllll bad. She is funny at times. I liked it when she tricked Ziggy, but then she blew it by gloating and causing an argument. She'll never be as bad as Charley anyway.
 
BUT IF A GUY HAD GLOATED OR LESLEY YOU'D SAY THEY WERE GREAT and Ziggy is a prat who must be brought down.

I think part of her being thrown out is due to residual animosity that Big Brother had for her due to the way she tricked Ziggy and went about gloating. And the fact that she lied and denied telling Ziggy that Chanelle "had a game plan" for sharing his bed the other night.

She is a smart and pretty girl but she is also a little too vindictive and petty. She enjoyed being condescending to the other housemates or knocking them down a peg or two...like she did with Charley for name-dropping and with Chanelle for wanting to be a WAG. Sometimes, a physically pretty girl can appear to be very ugly because of her poor attitude and meanness. I think that's what happened to our "lovely" little Emily.

That has absolutely nothing to do with it. It's all about the Shilpa row.

And she's right about Ziggy. You'll all see it in a few weeks.

And I think that it is unfair to lay this entirely at the feet of the CBB debacle. Calling a black person you hardly know a "NIGGA/ER" (no matter the context) and there being repercussions is hardly an oft' used "PC gone mad" situation.

It's not like she wasn't aware of what had happened in the previous show. It's not like she wasn't told hundreds of times by the producers to not even approach anything that could even begin to be interpreted as potentially racist.

Would I label her a racist from the incident?

No. Just a very idiotic girl who has a lot to learn but is most likely too vain to learn from her mistakes.

She is a silly little 19-year-old who thinks she knows everything. She is so far up her own pretty little arse it's no wonder she's a Tory voter.

She is clearly not very bright either despite her claims and superiority complex that leans to the contrary.


I had a strong and negative reaction to her almost straight away. I really can't stand the public school girl types like that. I've met too many "Emily's" and they're all as vacuous and self-important as the bint we had in the BB house.

I'm not denying any of that, but she was still the best character in there.
 
She didn't do anything that interesting from what I saw. Then again none of them have really. I don't even have a favourite in the house though I do like Carole's devil-may-care attitude despite not being pretty or young.

I also think Ziggy has handled himself well though I haven't seen the argument yet where I've heard he loses some points.


Hopefully the two guys that go in today will bring something interesting to the proceedings.
 
I don't know. Maybe I just decided to like her and used my pre-prepared brain batterns I use whenever I decide to like a housemate. Maybe I just pretended to like her because I knew you'd dislike her and arguing about it would be funny (even though we haven't argued much.) She seemed to have more of a "spark" than the others. Granted, that spark might have just been latent racism! Just a silly girl. But they all are. All three billion of them. EXCEPT CASSIE, MM, ETC LOLhhh

Yes hopefully one of the guys will be Victor (who said some stuff that could be considered pretty offensive too, BY THE WAY) mark two but I'm not holding my dick (breath.)
 
I'm not sure which argument you're referring to, Menty, but if it's the one about how much drink he'd had, he actually came out of it very well. Charley began by doing that annoying "I'm not being funny but if anyone's been having too much drink it's well out of order, not that I'm being funny or nothing" when it was blatently directed at Ziggy. Then Nicky piped in with her overly sincere/concerned tone of voice and it all turned out that Ziggy had done nothing wrong.
 
Nicky is proving to be a fucking loon when it comes to food and the way she starts every sentence with "I'm sorry, but..."
 
And the way she draws every word out as though Channel 4's video tapes had got momentarily stuck(yes, I know it's all digital now.. but that's how it sounds).
 
It says a lot about the likability of the housemates when the borderline racist was my favourite!
