Will Smith to play Captain America!?

I can see him staring in captain america, but playing him again in the avengers, sharing the screen with the hulk, iron man and thor, not so much.
 
He could play The Falcon, but Will Smith doesn't play sidekick to anyone.
 
And it would be hard to work in the "I have got to get me one of these!" line.
 
Will Smith is a quality actor so it wouldn't be a terrible casting.
 
Plus the whole WWII origin, I cant imagine them giving the super soldier serum to a black guy back in those times.
 
Maybe he steals the serum.

Probably won't be something designed to create a super-soldier (more like a Tuskegee Study thing) but that'll be its effect nonetheless.

Why not make Captain America a full-blooded Cherokee or something?
 
Remember when Triple H was rumoured to be playing EVERYONE (well Thor and Connan) but his acting career never took off?
 
Some of those guys might make a halfway decent Thor.

Unfortunately Triple H has that Randy Savage my-voice-sounds-like-I'm-constantly-in-the-middle-of-a-huge-shit affliction (is that a 'roid thing?) which, IMO, doesn't translate well to the big screen.
