(I told Cassie I'd start a thread, not sure if it warrants one.)

I thought the first two episodes were...okay? I guess? Pretty slow. First one became tedious when I realised Warwick Davis wasn't going to appear until the end. It's been over thirty years since I watched the movie so I don't remember SHIT. I like Muffin Girl and the freed prisoner guy is decent goofy comic relief, but the other characters were prety meh.

I remember very little of the movie when it came out. But I do have stuff from McDonald's from back then. Will have to give it a rewatch and get into the series.

I fell deep asleep halfway through the first episode.

It looks good. He hasn't gotten any taller as he;s aged.

The second episode was better but felt a bit short.

STOP DOING FIGHT SCENES AT NIGHT WHEN THERE'S NO LIGHTING AND YOU CAN'T TELL THE CHARACTERS FIGHTING APART.

It was sad they killed the luberjacks so quickly. I didn't get if the possessed guard guy was Jade's dad or just her Captain?

I was sad about the lesbian lumberjacks :'( I think the possessed guard is Jade's captain, but he also raised her. idk

Yeah I read somewhere else that her parents died when she was young and he took her in, I just didn't notice it in the show.

I need to find out who did the cover of the song in the end credits.
