In case anyone is actually looking at videos like that last one: Most of the women in it do not, in fact, look like that. The video thumbnail, for example, is a "morph" (heavily modified/exaggerated image) probably by an artist known as Area Of Orion. The woman in the thumbnail does not actually look like that.
