WTF?

Yeah, I saw about the new show, I have heard nothing about that old show though, and it sounds like the sort of cheesy crap I would have enjoyed.
 
^thus are our hopes and dreams destroyed. crushed and crumpled like last year's Xmas gift wrapping.

HOW COULD A SHOW WITH THE BEAUTIFUL MARIA BELLO (FROM PHILLY BY THE WAY, YA HEARD?) AND THE AMAZINGLY TALENTED SCOTT "SAMBECKETT/THATGUYONMURPHYBROWN/PAULBLAKE/JONATHANARCHER" BE CANCELLED AFTER NINE EPISODES?? SURELY IT WAS THE GREATEST SHOW EVER AIRED ON TELEVISION???

ABC's Smith sets sights on Brewster
Jordana Brewster takes on role originated by Angelina Jolie.

Jordana Brewster has signed on for ABC's drama pilot Mr. and Mrs. Smith, playing a role originated by Angelina Jolie on the big screen.

The 2005 feature, written by Simon Kinberg and directed by Doug Liman, also starred Brad Pitt.

The central characters, a married couple, are spies. Brewster will play Jane Smith, who is as cool, tough, and smart as she is gorgeous and can disarm a horde of thugs without breaking a sweat.

Kinberg penned the pilot script, and Liman will direct.

Brewster was in high demand this pilot season, with five projects vying for her, including NBC's The Bionic Woman.

Her recent credits include the features The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning, Annapolis, and Nearing Grace.
